The purpose of the work is the development of theoretical and methodological foundations, methodological recommendations and scientific and practical proposals for the formation and implementation of a compliance program in industrial enterprises of the Kharkiv region in order to increase the level of their economic security. Research methods - general scientific methods were used: systematic approach, information theory - in the analysis of the categorical apparatus of modern compliance-security systems; expert assessments - to determine the specific weight of indicators of the assessment of factors influencing the level of economic security; methods of analysis and synthesis, intersystem approach, observation, comparison, generalization, abstraction and formalization - to justify the provisions of the effectiveness of the use of the compliance program, in the development of organizational mechanisms for the implementation of compliance and the use of compliance programs at enterprises. As a result of the implementation of research, the conceptual apparatus of the modern economy of compliance programs has been developed and improved; the components of the organizational and economic mechanism for the creation and functioning of compliance units were substantiated and researched; a scientific concept of compliance risk management is proposed; proposals were developed for the formation of an organizational mechanism for the implementation of the concept of compliance at industrial enterprises; the general concept of the organizational and economic mechanism of implementation.
