The object of the research is the pharmacological correction of acute and chronic inflammatory processes, the relationship between structural polymorphism, pharmacodynamics and pharmacokinetics of 2,1-benzothiazine-3-carboxylic acid derivatives and GABA-modified monoase-15-crown-5, nephro-, participation hydrogen sulfide systems in the organoprotective effect of plant plant polyphenols in experimental lesions of the heart and kidneys, gender differences in the treatment of acute cold injury with glucosamine, as well as pharmacotherapy of craniocerebral injury with the NMDA receptor modulator (ademol). The aim of the work was to search for promising substances with analgesic and anti-inflammatory effects among new chemical compounds, derivatives of N-aryl(hetaryl)-4-methyl-2,2-dioxo-1H-2λ6,1-benzothiazine-3- carboxamide and their crystal modifications, as well as to experimentally substantiate the improvement of pharmacotherapy of chronic kidney disease, alcoholic cardiomyopathy and acute cold injury with drugs containing plant polyphenolic compounds (quercetin, genistein, resveratrol) and glucosamine by modulating hydrogen sulfide metabolism and taking into account gender and level sex hormones. It was also necessary to experimentally substantiate the increase in the effectiveness of primary cerebroprotection in case of craniocerebral trauma, by using the modulator of the polyamine site of NMDA-receptors ademol for a new purpose, with the further development of a new dosage form based on it.
