The purpose of the work is the development of technical proposals and recommendations for the design of CDCP aspiration systems that meet modern requirements for the use of the best accessible and energy-saving technologies. The method of the research is the collection, analysis and evaluation of various options for the compositional solutions of CDCP aspiration systems in terms of their environmental and economic efficiency. A scientific analysis and generalization of information on the operation of existing CDCP aspiration systems in coke oven and by-product production was carried out. Conclusions were made about the effectiveness of coke dust capture processes in various dust catching devices (cyclones, wet dust catchers, bag filters, etc.), justification for the use of dry methods of coke dust catching at CDCP dust cleaning units was given. The analysis and evaluation of various options for the compositional solutions of CDCP aspiration systems in terms of their environmental and economic efficiency was carried out. The results of the work are recommended for use by design agencies in the development of CDCP aspiration systems as part of design and work documentation, as well as by environmental services of coke oven and by-product industries.
