Stands for research were created (2 stands for different modes of plasma treatment for microbiological disinfection, 2 stands for gas discharge studies were modernized). The characteristics of ozone reactors based on dielectric barrier discharges at atmospheric pressure of various configurations, including reactors with pre-ionization and a pulsed power source, were developed and studied. The geometry and material of the electrodes of the plasma chemical reactor for the dielectric barrier gas discharge have been optimized. Materials and optimal methods of their use for ozone destruction have been found. Elements of the plasma sterilizer have been constructed with the help of a 3D printer. A programmable ozone plasma sterilizer controller has been developed for program operation of installations and constant monitoring of the sterilization process. The design of the controller is based on the PIC18F series microcontroller model of the XLP family. The software that ensures the operation of the plasma sterilizer (control and monitoring of parameters) is written in specialized C++ software in the MPLAB IDE processing environment under the control of the Windows 10 operating system.
