The technology for the production of ingots of new high-strength steel based on nano-sized carbon-containing powder ligatures by the electron beam melting method was developed, and the modes of their deformation and heat treatment, which ensure high plasticity while maintaining strength, were determined. The welding ability was studied and the influence of the parameters of the welding thermal cycle on the structure and properties of the obtained semi-finished products of new high-strength steel based on nano-sized carbon-containing powder ligatures was evaluated.
