The goal of the work is to create nanostructured multifunctional composite materials using highly concentrated energy flows. Research methods – physical modeling, X-ray structural analysis and X-ray phase analysis, optical and electron microscopy, experimental methods of determining the physical and mechanical properties of materials (microhardness, hardness, wear resistance). The influence of the dispersed and phase composition of the Ti–Al - С and Ti– TiС powder mixtures on the properties of consolidated materials obtained by spark plasma sintering was investigated. The regularities of the impact of parameters of spark plasma sintering of nanostructured composite powder mixture on compaction kinetics, structure formation and physical and mechanical properties of compacted materials were found. Technological recommendations for the creation of nanostructured multifunctional composite materials using highly concentrated energy flows were issued.
