A promising measurement system, which should function inside the reactor in a liquid environment under conditions of high radiation, is created based on the design of a stabilized platform - a modified module of the VK-5 measuring system (VP KB "ATOMPRYLAD", Kyiv). It is proposed to create fence chord meters based on an incremental magnetic system, which includes a sensor head, a probing rod, a magnetic tape, and a pneumatic drive. The resolution of the system is 5 μm. The method of measuring the geometric dimensions of the fence was developed and the requirements for technical means were substantiated. The proposed technical solutions make it possible to significantly increase the radiation resistance of the measuring complex and increase the accuracy of measuring the geometric dimensions of the fence by approximately 3 times.
