The research work analyzed the need to create effective internal control and its classification in agrarian formations, analyzed the current domestic and foreign legal framework on internal control issues; the organizational and methodical provision of internal control in the activity of the farm is considered; the organizational and methodical components of the mechanism of formation of quality information support of internal control of the economy were investigated; a system of motivating employees of the internal control service is proposed as an element of increasing the efficiency of its work.
