It was established that the introduction of linseed oil (as a source of α-linolenic acid) and sunflower oil (as a source of linoleic acid), the synthetic substance doxan (as an inhibitor of the processes of biohydrogenation of unsaturated fatty acids in the rumen), and zinc sulfate heptahydrate (as a source of zinc) and copper sulfate addition of pentahydrogen (as a source of copper) to the diet of bulls people causes an increase in the content of fatty acids of the ω-3 and ω-6 family and zinc and copper in their liver and skeletal muscles The increase in the content of fatty acids and zinc and copper in the specified tissues due to the stimulation of metabolic processes in the body helps to increase the average daily growth of animals. That is, there is a dependence between the content of α-linolenic and linoleic acids, zinc and copper in the diet and their content in animal tissues, productive characteristics and biological value of beef. It was established that the best result in terms of average daily gains and the content of minerals and fatty acids in the liver and skeletal muscles of fattening cattle was obtained with additional feeding of 176,0 mg of heptahydrate zinc sulfate, 58,5 mg of pentahydrate copper sulfate, and linseed and sunflower oils in amounts, respectively, 65 and 35 ml/gol/day. Feeding such a diet leads to an intensification of average daily gains by 85,0 g, an increase in the content of fatty acids of the ω-3 and ω-6 families in the liver by 0,13 and 0,10, respectively, and in skeletal muscles by 0,10 and 0,08 g/100g of raw mass respectively, increasing the content of zinc - by 4,40 and 1,64 mg/kg, respectively, and the content of copper - by 4,28 and 0,13 mg/kg, respectively.
