The scientific and practical appeal of this approach lies in the ability to reflect the dynamic processes taking place in the city through its architectural component. The use of the typological spectrum of architectural structures as an environment in which almost all processes of the city's functioning take place allows you to develop your own architectural and urban planning tools for analyzing the problems of the city as a dynamic system. This gives a unique opportunity to consider each architectural object as a prototype of a digital double that exists in time and space. Each digital double is considered as a collection of social, ecological and artificial artifacts with its own dynamics of functioning. As a result, there is an opportunity to consider the dynamics of the functioning of the city or its fragment as a sum of the dynamics of "Dynamic BIM packages". In the perspective of the development of this direction of research, it is possible to evaluate those aspects of the functioning of the city that significantly influence its architectural component but go far beyond the competence of architects. Such aspects include such phenomena as: financial flows, air pollution, changing imperatives of the population, the dynamics of demand for food, and many others. Based on the above-mentioned aspects of the formation of "Dynamic BIM packages", it was concluded that their structure must be adapted to the needs of information support processes for the formation of step-by-step strategies for positive transformations of the fabric of the city based on its ecological positivity.
