The proposed project will allow to involve the domestic manufacturer in the production of this type of products and, accordingly, increase the number of workers employed in such a manufacture. The use of unbalanced feeds can lead to an increase in their costs, and as a result to more active pollution of the aquatic environment by the products of fish life, which significantly worsens the hydrochemical and hydrobiological indicators in reservoirs, and increases in the pollution of the aquatic environment by the feeds themselves. This leads to a violation of ecological relations and a loss of bioproductivity, a decrease in the energy content of meat and pollution of the environment. Currently, biotesting is considered an effective method of assessing potentially dangerous factors of chemical, physical or biological origin. The aim of the work was to study the acute toxicity of Cladophora sp. biomass, phycocyanin, and Cladophora sp. algae and phycocyanin in a ratio 1 to 1 under the conditions of a laboratory experiment and reproductive toxicity of Cladophora sp. biomass (test object – Daphnia magna Straus). The lethal concentration of 50% of animals (LC50) after 24 hours was for the biomass of Cladophora sp. 2.4 mg/l, after 48 hours for phycocyanin – 0.18 mg/l and for the biomass of Cladophora sp. in a 1:1 ratio with phycocyanin – 0.37 mg/l. The chronic toxicity tests were performed using different biomass concentrations of Cladophora sp. (0.2, 0.5, 1.0 mg/l) for 21 days. The effects on survival, reproduction and growth of D. magna organisms were monitored. The parameters used to assess the impact on reproduction were: average number of young per female, average brood size, Product Description popup.authors Bubniy Ulyana Kobylinska Lesya Lozinskiy Andriy Turkina Vira Chemodurova Nataliya popup.nrat_date 2023-12-22 Close
