The object of the study is the formation of a corporate social responsibility strategy. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical and practical aspects in the field of forming the strategy of corporate social responsibility of the LLC "Center of International Education "INZHEK". The purpose of the work is to substantiate the need for theoretical and methodological support for the formation of the corporate social responsibility strategy and to provide practical recommendations for the implementation of the CSR strategy. Research methods - monographic, economic-statistical and abstract methods, comparative methods, SWOT method - analysis. A system of measures to increase the efficiency of activity has been determined: the key issue is planning and evaluation of social responsibility programs; positioning the organization as socially responsible requires the integration of social policy into the general strategy; rational use of current and non-current assets; application of marketing strategies, solutions, ideas; conducting systematic monitoring of the organization's work; definition of strategic goals. The theoretical and methodological support for the formation of a strategy of corporate social responsibility, which is based on taking into account the educational, labor and communication behavioral guidelines of economic subjects, has been developed.
