The purpose of the research is the development and research of a two-channel detection system for continuous registration of X-ray and gamma radiation in the energy range from units of keV to units of MeV with high energy resolution based on a silicon uncooled detector and a "silicon photosensor and scintillator" assembly As a result of the work on the topic of stage 3 for January-December 2023: - the design of the research sample of the detecting complex for the spectrometric registration of X-ray and gamma radiation based on the silicon photosensor developed by the NSC KhFTI and the CsI(Tl) scintillator was developed and manufactured; - developed and manufactured charge-sensitive preamplifier modules using SMD components, signal generator of the "silicon photosensor-scintillator" detecting complex for spectrometric registration of X-ray and gamma radiation, and power supply system; - carried out studies of spectrometric characteristics of the manufactured research samples in the energy range from 14 keV to 0.662 MeV, incl. with 137Cs, 133Va and 241Am radiation sources; - studies have shown the operability of the developed design of the detecting system and satisfactory results of energy distribution.
