Substantiation of the prognosis nitrogenic compounds for SAS for human being and environment and development its non harmful thresholds in the water and water sources. popup.stage_title Head Babiienko Volodymyr V., д.мед.н. Registration Date 25-12-2023 Organization Odessa National Medical University popup.description2  The object of research is native blood and urine of experimental animals. The purpose of the research is the scientific justification of the system of preventive measures to reduce the negative impact of nitrogen-containing surfactants on the human body and the surrounding natural environment. Research methods - the dependence between the level of VRO was studied of lipids in the body and the intensity of its chemiluminescence of biological substrates by biochemiluminometry. The research was carried out on the domestic biochemiluminometer of the KhLMC I-01. Processing of the obtained results will be carried out using generally accepted mathematical and statistical methods. 1. Intensification of POL under the influence of nitrogen-containing surfactants, which we found by increasing intensity of oxygen absorption by hepatocyte mitochondria, confirmed by studies of the accumulation of diene conjugates (DC) and malondialdehyde (MDA) in blood serum experimental animals 2. nitrogen-containing surfactants in I/100 LD50 increased the content of MDA and DC. A direct connection and dependence between the level of VRO has been proven of lipids in the body and the intensity of its chemiluminescence biological substrates. At the same time, the change in the intensity of biochemiluminescence (BHL) of blood can be considered as an integral reaction organism, which allows judging the nature of molecular and electronic disturbances of biological structures at various physiological conditions and pathological processes 3. chemiluminescence intensity of blood and urine of exposed white rats I/100 LD50 of nitrogen-containing surfactants increased. Chemiluminescence experimental and control animals differed in intensity luminescence and reaction kinetics. The obtained results indicate the leading role of sulfur-containing compounds in destruction of lipid peroxides, free radicals. Important value in these transformations belongs to sH-groups, glutathione, vitamin C, hapto Product Description popup.authors Babiienko Volodymyr Valkevich Denis popup.nrat_date 2023-12-25 Close
