Effective methods and protocols for the functionalization of substrate surfaces with certain types of linker molecules and biomolecules have been developed. The techniques for obtaining the spectra of biomolecules (in particular, lysozyme, BSA, mycotoxins, antibodies and aptomers) were optimized. The high efficiency of SERS amplification for the developed substrates was demonstrated both for the standard analyte (rhodamine R6G) and for various organic analytes.
