The purpose of the work is to study the economic and production aspects of oil flax and mustard production in Ukraine. Research methods - observation, comparison, measurement, analysis, synthesis, economic-statistical, graphic. The economic and production aspects of the production of oilseed flax and mustard in Ukraine have been worked out. It has been established that the dynamics of production indicators of oil flax and mustard in Ukraine for 1990-2021 are positive. It was established that among the 52 varieties of flax in the State Register of Plant Varieties suitable for distribution in Ukraine in 2023, 23 varieties are oblong flax, 1 variety is ordinary winter flax, 1 variety is ordinary spring flax, and 27 varieties are curly flax. 11 types of flax of foreign selection, which is 21% of the total amount. The Register of Plant Varieties Suitable for Distribution in Ukraine for 2023 includes 42 varieties of mustard, of which 16 varieties are white mustard, 6 varieties of Sarepta (winter) mustard, 17 varieties of Sarepta mustard (Yara), 3 varieties of black mustard . 3 varieties of mustard of foreign selection, which is 7% of the total amount.
