The purpose of the work: development of a long-term stress management methodology and algorithms for evaluating and forecasting the dynamics of information spreading processes. Research methods: modern methods of the decision-making theory under uncertainties, methods of the fuzzy set theory, modern methods of the dynamic system theory. We develop a system for online surveys, which allows determining the number of people with stress syndrome. We develop methods for calculating predictive estimates of the number of people in the population, who have received certain information or who have a stress syndrome.
