Such a recalculation requires proper (fairly accurate) mathematical and hardware support for big data − minute-by-minute scenarios for thousands of generation sources during the year. This task was implemented on supercomputers and is ready for the appropriate applications. An analysis of the effective and efficient operation of defense-critical supply chain networks essential for both national and global security has been conducted. Supply chain disruptions are exacerbated by growing environmental, biological, geopolitical, and other risks.Such failures have attracted the attention of people who develop strategies and make decisions in states, in particular in the defense sector. A measure of efficiency or productivity for such chains and a corresponding indicator of importance for their components are proposed. A measure of resilience is provided that quantifies the resilience of the economy of the defense supply chain network to labor disruptions. At the same time, it should be noted that the participation of an arbitrary firm in such chains implies the non-negativity of the value of its utility function, which depends on all flows, that is, on the general situation. An approach to decision-making support for increasing the stability (resilience) of (sectoral, regional, or global) critical infrastructures is proposed. An algorithm for increasing the stability (resilience) of critical infrastructures has been developed. An interdisciplinary approach has been developed for interconnected critical infrastructures. Ways to develop investments in quality infrastructure are proposed, taking into account financial and climate challenges, in particular, i Product Description popup.authors Ivanenko Vyacheslav A.
