The current state of investment risk management, trends of investment development of hotel enterprises are determined. The method of assessing investment risks of hotel business enterprises was studied. A foresight approach to the assessment of investment risks was used. The factor of uncertainty was taken into account during the risk assessment and a strategy of actions in conditions of uncertainty was developed. Based on data on risk avoidance or reduction, a structural model has been developed to reduce the level of risk at the hotel industry. Scoring of the influencing factors on the emergence of risks in the development of the hotel enterprise was carried out. It was established that an important factor in the process of assessing investment risks is the calculation of the investment attractiveness index by region. For this purpose, the regions with the most attractive investment opportunities from the point of view of investors have been determined for attracting investments. The organizational tools of investment risk management in the hotel business are described. Risk factors were analyzed, based on the analysis, an investment risk management algorithm and methods of managing them were developed at the hotel industry. A scheme of possible options for making investment decisions has been developed. The clustering of regions according to the integral index of investment attractiveness has been developed. Based on the clustering, a map was created that reflects the investment potential of regions that are optimal for investment support in the tourism and hotel industry in particular.
