The system of means and methods of measurement will improve the quality control of precision of optical components (scales, grids, diffraction grating) and develop technology nanoglassceramics with nearly zero thermal expansion coefficient for the manufacture of precision mirrors and prisms. It is planned to develop a mathematical model for describing the geometric parameters of the surface of precision optical parts, taking into account abnormal deviations from the shape and location of the surfaces. The software and mathematical support of the information-measuring complex for collecting, processing and presenting the measurement results will be developed in order to implement the proposed methods and models. Metrological providing of development will be performed by comparing the results of measurements on digital optical microscope and atomic force microscope. Enterprises of optical and aviation instrumentation are interested in the results of research. The project results intended to be used at the enterprises of corporation "Ukroboronprom".
