The purpose of the work is scientific-expert provision of the state authorities’ normative-legal activities during the recovery of Ukraine from the consequences of the war and on the way to acquiring membership in the European Union on the basis of legal forecasting and improving the quality of normative-legal acts, their content validity. Research methods are general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge, in particular dialectical, comparatively-legal and formally-legal methods, methods of analysis and synthesis, abstraction and generalization, etc. As a result of the conducted research, the scientific-expert provision of normative-legal activities of the state authorities during the period of martial law and on the way to acquiring membership in the European Union was performed on the basis of legal forecasting and improving the quality of normative-legal acts, their content validity. There carried out the analysis of the monitoring report for 2022, prepared by the Directorate of Justice and Criminal Justice of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine. The inferences and proposals according the improvement of the rule-making process by scientific-expert provision of normative-legal activities of the state authorities were formed. Predictive assumptions according the development of the research object. The issues of monitoring the legislative activity, legal analysis, legal expertise of normative legal acts, updating the methodology of interpretation of legal norms, improving the legal technique etc., are actualized under conditions of the modernization of the current legislation of Ukraine.
