The purpose of the work is identifying the promising directions of the improvement of the interaction of the legal state, civil society and person in the conditions of modern challenges and social development tendencies. As a result of the conducted research, the theoretical generalization was made, as well as new solution to the scientific task, which consists of the complex study of the actual problems concerning the interaction of the legal state, civil society and person. The main value-ideological principles of formation and development of the legal state and civil society in today's conditions were defined and characterized. The conclusions and suggestions for improvement the mechanisms of ensuring the rights and freedoms of person, as a key direction of the interaction between legal state and person in the context of modern realities, were formed. A comprehensive study of the modern problems of the interaction of the legal state, civil society and person in the conditions of the post-war recovery of Ukraine is planned to conduct within in the framework of above-mentioned issues; to determine the legal aspects of ensuring a proper communication between the legal state, civil society and person for the implementation of the Recovery Plan of Ukraine; to single out the main value-ideological basics of the development of the legal state and civil society in the post-war period; to determine strengthening mechanisms of the institutional capacity of Ukraine through the mechanisms of interaction of the legal state, civil society and person in the conditions of post-war recovery.
