To fulfill the goal, various types of remote sensing data were considered, an analysis of methods of processing aerospace images and an overview of modern remote sensing systems were carried out. A technique of data integration was developed to increase spatial resolution, and physically based geoinformation products of higher levels of processing were obtained. Demonstration software for mapping thermal fields of the city of Kyiv based on remote sensing materials has been created. The method of combining optical and radar images to increase the accuracy of building humidity maps is presented. A model and algorithm for increasing the spatial resolution of radar images are presented, as well as improved radar backscatter models. The methodical, algorithmic and software of the developed methods and techniques are presented.
