The purpose of the work is to study the effect of nanoparticles and their compositions on viruses, bacteria and fungi. Research methods - microbiological, virological, statistical. It was established that the Se+I NP composition has fungistatic activity against strains of phytopathogenic micromycete fungi Acremonium cucurbitacearum 502, Fusarium sp. 072 and A. strictum 048, reducing the diameter of their colonies by -25.25-94.22%. It was shown that Ti NPs have virulicidal activity against PVY. The use of transmission electron microscopy revealed the adsorption of Ti NPs on the surface of PVY virions, which leads to deformation and fragmentation of virions. Zn NPs had the highest antibacterial activity. They showed bactericidal activity against most strains of bacteria, reducing their titer by 100%. The dose-effect relationship was determined for nanoparticles in relation to the productivity indicators of potato plants. The composition of Se+I NPs at concentrations of 15+45 mg/l showed high growth-stimulating activity. Pre-sowing treatment of potato tubers with a consortium of Azotobacter chroococcum and A.vinelandii M70/2 with NP Se+I affected the height of potato plants (the increase was 51.24%) and ensured a 27.7% yield increase.
