The aim of the work is implementation of the tasks in accordance to the priority thematic areas assigned for 2023 in Section 2 of the Perspective Plan for the Development of the Kharkiv National University of Radio Electronics for the Scientific Direction "Military and science and national security" for the period from 2021 to 2025 (hereinafter referred to as the Perspective Plan). For reference see Addendum 1 to Agreement No. BF/20-2021 dated 08/04/2021, and itself: in 2023, corresponding to Section 2 of the Perspective Plan by the scientific school "Wireless telecommunication systems" within the framework of the priority topic "Intelligent video caution, technology and control systems of the air, land and sea space" applied research was conducted on the topic "Development of new video analytics technologies for control systems for the air, sea and land space." The research methods are mathematical and computer modeling of processes associated with advanced video analytics technologies in network of optical-electronic stations for surveillance systems for monitoring of the air, sea and land space. The following results were obtained: 1. Video analytics technology for improving the processes of detection and high-precision tracking of moving substantially non-stationary objects in the air, sea and land space and video analytics technology software. 2. Test results of video analytics technology on an experimental sample of an optical-electronic system for detecting and tracking of moving objects in the air, sea and land space.
