The purpose of preparing the monograph is to study the legal regulation of agribusiness in Ukraine, analyze current legislation, generalize scientific approaches and law enforcement practices, and formulate proposals for improving legislation in the field of functioning of agribusiness in Ukraine. The monograph "Legal regulation of the functioning of agribusiness in Ukraine" presents the results of research by scientific and pedagogical staff of the Department of Law regarding the legal regulation of the creation and functioning of economic entities in the field of agribusiness, the peculiarities of the legal regime of agricultural land in Ukraine, the legal regulation of labor relations in agriculture, peculiarities of the legal status of agrarian transnational corporations, problems of food security, which emerged especially acutely after the large-scale invasion of the enemy on our territory, causing catastrophic humanitarian consequences not only for our state, but also for those countries of the world that depend on the supply of Ukrainian agricultural products. Each article of the collective monograph reflects the individual approach of the performers to the researched topic and the scientific level and depth of scientific development. At the same time, their combination in one scientific work allows us to see the problems of jurisprudence in the field of legal regulation of the functioning of agribusiness in Ukraine. We hope that this work will be used in the process of conducting training sessions, discussing problematic issues at round table meetings and conferences, and in further scientific research and research.
