The results of fine-needle aspiration biopsy of nodular formations of the thyroid gland were evaluated by the method of multivariate linear regression. A structural diagram of a decision support system for the analysis of thyroid gland pathologies has been developed, which allows to automatically analyze data and classify nodes based on the collected studies. It is shown that in order to ensure the maximum reliability of the neural network, the optimal combination of graphical results of ultrasound and numerical values of pre-processing of images performed by qualified medical specialists is optimal. The use of a convolutional neural network is proposed, which allows to exclude the human factor from the process of graphic analysis of an ultrasound image, by automatically determining the necessary characteristics of a node from the image. A study of patients with persistent atrial flutter was carried out using the Cox regression method for continuous characteristics, by evaluating Kaplan-Meier curves using the "comparison of several groups" module and calculating ? 2 for rank characteristics (when the number of ranks is more than 2) and with the help of Cox's F-test for alternative (binary) characteristics. It was established that the main predictors of the occurrence of cardiovascular events in hospitalized patients with atrial flutter were the presence of a previous myocardial infarction, hemodynamic disturbances during paroxysms of atrial flutter, as well as the formation of a permanent form of atrial flutter.
