The subject of the scientific work: theoretical and methodological foundations and practical provisions of organizational and economic support for the post-war restoration of sustainable development of territories based on the infrastructure and service methodology of the development of innovative communities, which create conditions for adaptive management of the geography of innovations in order to ensure the ecological and economic well-being of the human capital of communities. The goal of the project is the development of analytical tools and organizational and economic mechanisms for the post-war restoration of sustainable development of territories based on the infrastructure and service methodology of the development of innovative communities as a basis for ensuring the well-being of local communities to avoid the social, ecological and economic problems of war and their approbation within the framework of pilot infrastructure and service projects . The research proposed the conceptual foundations of the infrastructure-service approach, which provides for the maximum satisfaction of human needs and requests, as well as the creation of conditions for work and life, and is aimed at meeting the needs of the community through the attraction and retention of human resources due to the development of services and infrastructure development.
