Research goal – the theoretical justification of the formation the national concept of environmental safety of society and the inclusion of circular economy under pandemic. Research methods - system analysis, systematization and generalization, structural-functional analysis, logical-theoretical, typology, artificial intelligence (in particular, the main components), quantitative and qualitative comparisons, comparative morphological analysis. The results and novelty – the theoretical framework of the paradigm of the global inclusive circular economy in the context of the forming the environmental safety of society. The theoretical and conceptual basis for the inclusion of circular economy under pandemic are developed. The circularity of the economy of the European Union is evaluated, the spatial and component structure of the inclusive circular economy is analyzed, and the current trends in the formation and processing of secondary raw materials in Ukraine are defined. Corporate inclusive management under pandemic is researched, the social responsibility of business as an instrument of international corporate management under crisis is determined, the risk management of digital transformation under pandemic is researched, the determinants of standardization the environmental policy of MNCs and ways of implementing the environmental management are determined. The determinants of the environmental policy of MNCs in the national concept of environmental safety of society are found and the ways of development the environmental policy of Ukraine are elaborated. The experience of using auto-recycling is studied, the handling of motor vehicle waste is systemized and the impact on the natural environment during disposal of motor vehicles were evaluated.
