The purpose of the research is to develop the optimal parameters of the combination of reclamation, agricultural, economic and ecological solutions to ensure the sustainable development of agricultural production in the humid zone on drained lands; elimination of soil degradation and improvement of their fertility based on the development of an ecologically sound system of agriculture and energy-saving technologies for growing agricultural crops in conditions of climate warming and market relations. Research methods - field with a complex of biometric, agrochemical and laboratory research, mathematical and statistical, visual.Research results - The influence of the process of transformation of organic soils on the productivity of biocenoses depending on the method of agricultural use in the basin of the Supii River was established. During the 30-year period of agricultural use of peat soils, their density increased by 1.4 times, and the total moisture content decreased by 1.6 times. Peat became high-ash by 47–59%, soil acidity did not change (pH of water 7.5–7.8), but gross phosphorus content increased by 6–8%, nitrogen decreased by 8–10%, potassium remained unchanged.
