A set of criteria for assessing the environmental safety of the ATP has been developed, which consists of ten separate criteria for assessing stationary and mobile sources of harmful effects of the enterprise, determined based on the results of the analysis of the essential environmental aspects of individual technological processes of technical maintenance and repair of vehicles and grouped by the factors of resource consumption, emissions and waste and integral criteria that form a single objective function that determines the level of environmental safety of ATP. A clear algorithm and proposals for obtaining an ecological labeling sign for road construction materials and enterprises that manufacture them have been developed. The basis of which is the foreign experience in obtaining the ecological labeling sign. The current state of the forest resources of Ukraine and Zhytomyr region was analyzed and ways of their improvement were considered. The specifics of the application of nature protection technologies for the protection and restoration of the territories and objects of the PZF were considered. Peculiarities of assessing the impact on the environment during the design of bridge crossings are analyzed. Measures to increase the environmental safety of public highways, ensure the requirements of the environmental protection legislation of Ukraine and promote the ecologically balanced development of the state by limiting the negative impact of the road component and road industry production on the environment were analyzed and proposed.
