It was shown that with increasing age of the donor, the proliferative and clonogenic potential of ADSCs in in vitro culture decreases, the adipogenic potential increases and the osteogenic potential decreases. Statistically significant differences in the expression of MSC markers (CD105, CD73, CD90, CD34, CD45) were not detected.
