Chapter 2 provides a study on the testing of the improved Stojko method of determining evapotranspiration based on the identification of the calculation model based on the data of remote sensing and field observations. In the 3rd chapter, the results of experimental field studies on testing the forecasting of the phases of the development of agricultural crops using information and telecommunication technologies, including for irrigation management, are given. In the 4th chapter, methodological principles for the development of program documentation and an intelligent combined algorithm of the irrigation control system on the "sliding interval" based on experimental, calculated and forecast data and telecommunication technologies for a feedback are given.
