Karazin Kharkiv National University popup.description2 The main goal of the work is to obtain fluorochromic ligands for binding radionuclide ions in the process of their accumulation by the extraction method, and the formation of complexes with metal ions should lead to changes in the fluorescent characteristics of the ligand. The final goal of the research is the development of a new method of fluorescent control of the concentration of radionuclides before radiometric determination of their activity.The general fundamental problem, the solution of which is aimed at the researches, is the development of a new methodological approach to the analysis of radionuclides, which includes the simultaneous use of the two most sensitive methods – fluorescence spectroscopy and radiometry In the second stage of the research, 13 flavonol derivatives were obtained. They are of being ligands with several different complexation centers that can be used for extractive analysis or accumulation of metal ions. A conformationally flexible polyheterocyclic disulfo-NOPON ligand was also obtained, which, thanks to a change in conformation, can form different complexation centers depending on the type of metal ion. hermodynamic parameters of complex formation, stability constants, and interphase distribution coefficients of disulfo-NOPON complexes with UO 2 2+ ions and fission products of uranium atoms by Sr 2+ , Y 3+ , and Ce 4+ ions were studied.
