The special idea of the work consists in the development of a set of measures to transform a serial digital technical scanner (SMX-20S12M) into an on-board OES for the flight model of the ROLYITAN-3-PUT nanosatellite for the search for Earth's natural resources. The OES should provide a geometric resolution on the Earth's surface no worse than 30 m at nadir at an altitude of the nanosatellite's orbit in the range of 400 - 700 km. According to preliminary calculations, the use of a serial digital technical scanner as a basis requires reworking of the lens. These ideas will be implemented as follows: - carrying out the search for methods and means of increasing the energy reserve and time resource of emergency services - using the results and taking into account the experience of the flight operation of nanosatellites PolyITAN-1, (in orbit from 06/19/2014) and PolyITAN-2 (in orbit from 05/26/2017 to 02/06/2019) and PolyITAN-НР-30, ( in orbit since January 3, 2023) - creation of an improved mathematical model of the thermal regime of the electronic platform and the payload and their research in the temperature range of the Earth's orbit.
