SCIENTIFIC SUBSTANTIATION OF HEALTH AND RECREATIONAL TECHNOLOGIES IN PHYSICAL EDUCATION OF DIFFERENT GROUPS OF THE POPULATION The purpose of the study is to scientifically substantiate innovative approaches to the introduction of health and recreation technologies in the physical education of various population groups. Research methods: theoretical (analysis, synthesis and generalization of scientific and methodical literature); pedagogical (observation, formative experiment); sociological (conversation, survey). Innovative means, methods, and approaches to the physical culture and health activities of preschool, school-age children, student youth, and adults have been scientifically substantiated and implemented. The organizational and methodical conditions for their use in various forms of work on physical education are outlined. There were physical education classes, morning gymnastics, physical education holidays, physical education lessons, sectional and independent classes, specially organized forms of physical education and health-oriented classes, the process of special physical training, adaptive physical education, as well as for persons with impaired health. Scientific ideas regarding the specifics of using various means of physical culture and health promotion with persons of different ages and sexes, taking into account the peculiarities of their psychophysical state, have gained further development.
