The original "Geriatric Assessment" questionnaire is an effective geriatric screening tool that covers the most frequent significant HSs, sharpens the diagnostic search on symptoms that are usually overlooked. A high frequency of social unrest, physical and mental health disorders, the deterioration of which in the period 2022-2923 is associated with the war, has been established. The severity of these disorders is greater in patients from recently de-occupied territories. Age, sex, and severe pathology in the anamnesis affect the frequency and severity of symptoms associated with possible HS.
