The purpose of the work at the first stage of the scientific research work is to analyze the current state of the problem and the main directions to increase traffic safety, improve the dynamics and interaction with the track of railway trains in the conditions of their speedy motion on tracks with different parameters. The research method is informational and analytical. During the implementation of the first stage of the scientific research work, the following results have been obtained: - an analysis of the current state of the problem of the development of the railway train speedy motion during joint operation on tracks with different parameters has been carried out; - an analysis of the methods of railway train automatic transition from one track to another during their joint operation on tracks with different parameters has been performed; - an analysis of the main directions to increase traffic safety and improve the interaction with the track of railway trains in the conditions of their speedy motion on tracks with different parameters has been carried out. The results of the work obtained at this stage will be used in the future to conduct research on increasing the safety indicators of high-speed trains in the conditions of their joint operation on the tracks of Ukrainian and European railways.
