New mathematical tools have been developed that allow determining the area of the affected area, forecasting changes in its scale, and assessing risks to public health as a result of such emergency situations. These mathematical tools, unlike the existing ones, take into account the parameters of the car movement, the speed of the driver's reaction, the parameters of depressurization of the tank, the nature of the underlying surface and the parameters of the buildings in the affected area, the average daily distribution of the urban and rural population by place of residence. The high accuracy of the proposed mathematical tools is confirmed by comparison with the data of natural measurements and the results of calculations using other methods. Further implementation of the developed mathematical support in the form of software tools will be an effective tool for solving the problems of preventive forecasting and prompt response to emergency situations associated with the release of such substances into the environment during their transportation by road transport. The results of work on stage 2 have been implemented in the State Emergency Service of Ukraine. Product Description popup.authors Artemchuk Volodymyr O. Vovk Oksana O. Zaporozhets Artur O.
