An online questionnaire, "Healthy lifestyle of Ukrainians during the war", is constructed. There are determined the most common practices of a healthy lifestyle preserving under military conditions and established their configurations among different age subcultures, and those to optimize self-realization, self-regulation, and integrity as the basics of personal psychological health. High levels of post-traumatic stress states in the population were diagnosed; leading strategies for psychosocial well-being restoration in education workers, volunteers, IDPs, and military psychologists are identified. It is proven the effectiveness of professionally facilitated support groups to promote adaptation and healthy lifestyles of female Ukrainian military migrants in a new socio-cultural environment; a target for the digital well-being promotion is proposed. There are revealed the tendencies for a decrease in the level of uncertainty tolerance under war conditions and connections between the type of uncertainty perception and the valence of the future’s vision; the relationship between the level of uncertainty tolerance and the post-traumatic stress symptoms among forced migrants from Ukraine to Poland is specified. It is clarified the concept of health maintenance practices in the mindfulness approach; empirical criteria of positive transformations associated with the awareness of experiencing a full-scale invasion are developed. The complex is tested, and effectiveness criteria for existential practices are established to promote an individual’s psychological health under war conditions. Barriers and success criteria in constructing an individual architecture of psycho-hygiene practices during the war are highlighted. There are identified risks and countering requirements in civilian playback theater interventions with active military personnel.
