The purpose of the work is to determine the most accurate and at the same time rational methods of modeling the work of building structures, taking into account the probabilistic nature of external loads and influences, as well as other operational factors, in particular dynamic loads. Research methods – modeling of building structures with the help of universal software complexes, laboratory experiment, processing and analysis of the obtained results, analysis of the results of field surveys. Theoretical foundations and several specific examples of building algorithms for building optimal mechanical systems using interval estimates of probability factors are considered. It was found that in real conditions, real structures function in such a complex environment that it should be considered stochastic a priori, and the laws of load distribution will most likely have an empirical form. The methodological foundations of the frequency-dynamic method, as one of the main stages of the procedure of technical diagnostics of high-rise lattice structures of towers and masts, are considered.
