The object of the research is military personnel policy in the military sphere, the spheres of defense and military construction. The purpose of the scientific research work is to improve the regulatory framework for military personnel policy in the military sphere, the spheres of defense and military construction. Research methods are system analysis, methods of multivariate comparative analysis, synthesis and methods of expert evaluations.
