The object of the research is military personnel policy in the military sphere, the spheres of defense and military construction.
The purpose of the scientific research work is to improve the regulatory framework for military personnel policy in the military sphere, the spheres of defense and military construction.
Research methods are system analysis, methods of multivariate comparative analysis, synthesis and methods of expert evaluations.
The novelty of the work lies in the fact that according to the results of the conducted research: an analysis of the experience of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the armed forces of the leading NATO member states regarding the formation of a comprehensive vision of the legislative foundations of military service was carried out; substantiated proposals regarding the introduction of changes and additions to the regulatory and legal documents regulating the procedure for military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine; recommendations have been developed to bring the legislative framework on issues of military service in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations into compliance with the legal principles adopted by the armed forces of the leading NATO member states
