It has been proven that by changing the concentration of substitutions (in particular, in the position of the phosphate tetrahedron), it is possible to purposefully control not only the physical characteristics of the obtained compounds, but also the positions of their HOMO and LUMO levels, which is a necessary condition for the effective construction of the energy "stairs" of the perovskite cell. The structural features and physical properties of the studied compounds were studied, as well as their possible vulnerabilities during operation as part of a solar cell were evaluated, and a research plan for the next year, necessary for the development of a strategy to eliminate or compensate for these vulnerabilities, was developed.
