Synthesis procedures were tested at different concentrations of sulfuric acid. The effect of acid activation on chemical decomposition, phase transition to enstatite polymorphs and formation of amorphous silicate phases was studied. The possibility of reactivating the enzymatic activity of RNAses after their sorption on Lap plates is shown. Administration of Lap to laboratory animals did not increase oxidative processes and imbalance of the studied enzyme systems of tumor cells and cells of the immune system, which indicates the safety of the future use of Lap as a carrier for prolonged release of anticancer drugs.
