The subject of the research is the kinematic parameters of various stellar systems of the Galaxy. The research methods are processing of observational data, generalization and comparative analysis of data, mathematical apparatus of the least square method and vector spherical harmonics, data filtering, probability theory and mathematical statistics. The main goal of this stage is to determine the coordinates of the vertices and test the proposed method on the Gaia DR3 data. In general, the following scientific results were obtained during the reporting period: 1. A sample of Gaia DR3 data has been created and kinematic parameters have been determined in the spherical regions of the Galaxy, which cover the range of Galactocentric cylindrical coordinates 120° < θ < 240°, 0 kpc < R < 16 kpc, -1 kpc < z < 1 kpc. 2. The angular coordinates of the vertices have been determined, and using the proposed method of determining the distances to them, their estimates have been obtained for the first time. 3. Using the corrected parallaxes (photo-geometric distances) and the Gaia DR3 proper motions, the angular coordinates of the vertices and their distances have been obtained. 4. For the first time, not based on theoretical reasoning, but on the basis of Gaia DR3 observational data, we concluded that there is no single center of rotation in the Galactic part under study, which indicates that our Galaxy is not an axisymmetric system.
