Registration Date 19-01-2024 Organization Institute of Feed and Agriculture of Podillya of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine popup.description2  Database of calcium content and acid capacity indicators in soybean seeds has been formed. Its content is 3.42 g/kg in genetically modified soybeans and 2.64 g/kg in classically bred one. Round-up-resistant soybeans have a higher acid capacity compared to soybeans of classic selection, the difference makes up 23-36% due to the presence of unnatural peptides and glycines synthetic amino acid, which in combination with the methylphosphonyl compound of glyphosate, change the alkaline-acidic balance and increase the acid capacity. A decrease in the level of calcium and alkaline capacity in the protein of chicken eggs was found. It was also established that long-term feeding of transgenic soybeans to laying hens and guinea fowls affects the fertilization and hatchability of chicks of the II generation at incubation of eggs obtained from them. The acid potential of the bird's blood increases, fertilization of eggs and the hatchability of chickens during incubation decreases by 15-20% and 10-14% respectively.
