In order to achieve maximum results, the following program was used: for the first period – a starter (20-35 kg of live weight); second period – grower (35-65 kg) and final one –finisher (65-120 kg). In the first period, young pigs received 4.3% of mineral premix in the main diet, as a result of which average daily gains were 630 g, which is 43 g, or 4.3%, more than in the control. During the period of feeding the grower, pigs were given a mineral premix in the amount of 3.5% of the ration. Average daily gains were 820 g, which is 43 g, or 6.0%, higher than control. In the final period 3.3% of the finisher mineral premix was added to the main diet. The productivity of pigs in the experimental group exceeded the control one by 55 g, or 6.0%.
