The subject of the study is the methodological and scientific-practical principles of creating a full-system model of an electronic full-text resource of scientific and technical information (EB) in the DNTB of Ukraine based on the study of the best domestic and global practices. The goal of the project is to solve the problems of integrating electronic information resources (EIR) of DNTB of Ukraine into domestic and foreign information and communication systems based on the compatibility of software products, further implementation of intelligent technologies for processing, searching and presenting information based on modern software tools and platforms, organizing remote access to EIR by creating a reliable, convenient, adapted search tool and user interface for viewing electronic documents (ED), defining a metadata standard for electronic library objects, archiving and saving ED. A system of general scientific and special research methods was chosen as the main research methods: analysis, synthesis, as well as system analysis, informational, structural-functional and comparative approaches, the general theory of systems, the theory of intelligence, the general theory of data and knowledge models, as well as the theory of logical networks.
