Creating a concept of promoting the multimedia VUE concept in the context of the image needs of the Ukrainian state continues the previous theoretical and applied research on improving the functional design of the e-VUE web portal, designing the methods of semantization of the e-VUE’s complex hypertext, theory and methodology of Ukrainian encyclopedia studies. A wide range of the problems related to the functioning and content of the encyclopedia portal has been solved amid the full-scale invasion and information war for the first time, e.g.: it is proved that by the nature of its content VUE is a universal encyclopedia. It summarizes the complex knowledge accumulated during the long time of Ukrainian culture’s development; the main strategies and approaches to the promotion of the multimedia e-VUE are developed; the concept of promoting the multimedia VUE on online platforms is developed to popularize it as a tool for shaping an information and image paradigm; through improving and supporting the technological principles of the e-VUE portal’s work the functionality of semantic search has been expanded; using the content analysis method, the part of the content that emphasizes Ukraine’s international significance, its relations with other countries, and its integration into the European and global communities and organizations. Using the user survey, we confirmed an assumption that the use of multimedia technologies and VUE promoting will contribute to the spread of information on Ukraine and Ukrainians on local and global levels.
