The model of didactic-methodical support for teaching the basic course of physics, which defines the functions of educational and methodical support (implementation of the content of the basic course of physics on the basis of competence-based, activity-oriented, person-oriented approaches, principles of differentiation and integration, specification of mandatory results of physics education in 7–9 classes and their assessment, organization of the educational process in physics and provision of feedback from its subjects, support for distance and mixed learning, management of educational and cognitive activities of students, compensation for educational losses in physics), criteria for selecting content and didactic conditions for its implementation in the context of the introduction of a new educational standard , provides a holistic educational process in the unity of the goals and content of education, the selection of types of educational activities of male and female students in order to achieve the expected learning results under various organizational forms of education. The psychological and pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of the created educational and methodological support have been clarified and methodical recommendations for its use have been developed.
